Support for African and Caribbean cultural actors

Foreign professionals
The Creation in Africa and the Caribbean Programme works with communities by providing support to cultural actors to structure their project, build their international collaboration strategy, strengthen their teams' capacities and consolidate their professional networks.
Terms and conditions

Application deadline : 18th November 2018.

The aim of this system is to support projects with the following priorities:

• support for festivals and biennials in these territories;

• support for the deployment of an international strategy for organisations developing in the following fields of the CCIs (creative and cultural industries), contemporary art, performing arts, music, design & fashion, architecture, digital arts;

• support for projects involving regional cooperation (pan-African or Caribbean networks) or carried out with French partners; • support for short-term training projects (workshops, etc.);

• assistance with consolidating professional networks (presence in markets, at trade fairs, support for professional assocations and networks, etc.). It is open to cultural institutions or structures in Africa and the Caribbean.


It is concerned with the following disciplines:

Visual arts, photography, digital arts, architecture, design, crafts, fashion, theatre, dance, circus arts, street arts and puppetry, music, multidisciplinary projects
