We look back at the event held on Kulturnatt (Night of Culture) 2022 on 23 April, by the Institut français in Sweden at the Résidence de France. Kulturnatt is an evening event organised by the City of Stockholm, giving the public an opportunity to discover different cultural institutions that open especially for the occasion from 6 pm to midnight.

For this year’s event, the Institut français in Sweden wanted to create an interactive exhibition at the Broms palace based on the digital world and encompassing scientific, artistic and historical disciplines. In the magnificent salons of the Résidence, science, art and video gaming come together through three installations – The Brain: Dreams/Playful Media, re|thread: cyber|glow and Micro-Folies – which explore our relationship with reality and new technologies. A unique opportunity for visitors to explore the residence of the French Ambassador through a brand new dimension!
